Life on the road with the U.S. Men's National Team features intense training sandwiched around hours of down time.  Oh, and long flights to Korea. Of course, one of the most popular time-fillers for the national team players is a good movie, and not many players on the U.S. World Cup Team enjoy movies more than midfielder DaMarcus Beasley, the U.S. Soccer's Chevrolet Young Male Athlete of the Year for 2001.

One of the most talented midfielders of Generation Y, his speed and silky smooth attacking skills have impressed at every level he's played. From U-17 star and Silver Boot winner at the 1999 World Youth Championship in New Zealand, to impact player for the Chicago Fire, to impact player for the U.S. Men's National Team throughout 2002 to possible World Cup starter, the native of Fort Wayne, Ind., has come a long way over a short period of time and will likely be zipping down the left flank for years and years to come. But as far as he's come on the field, he's still just 20 years old, so you won't find "Citizen Kane" or "Casablanca" on this list of Top 5 Favorite Movies. This is just straight Beaz.
